At Brainz we love science and we love our namesake, the human brain, even more. That's why we were thrilled to find this graphic (via AllFacebook.com) exploring the ways Facebook and social media are changing us from the inside out.

This really raises some important questions. The degree to which our environment changes our very nature as human beings. The food we eat. The things we consume. The way we spend our time.
If the research in this graphic is correct, and I see no reason to think it's not, then we are actively rewiring our brains through social media. Is that a bad thing? I don't know. But it is certainly something to think about and be mindful of when choosing how we live.
